Puppy Intro (up to 6 months)

The puppy intro is designed to get your new puppy used to the sounds and smells of the grooming environment. This intro includes a bath and blow dry, nails clipped and trimming around the pads and hygiene area. Puppies are given breaks in-between so that their first grooming experience isn't too overwhelming.
Bath & Blow Dry

Finding it a back-ache washing your dog at home? Make things easier and pop in for a quick bath and blow dry! A variety of different shampoos to suit your dogs skin and coat, all mucky puppies will leave smelling their best
Bath, Blow Dry & Tidy

A bath, blow dry and tidy up is perfect for in between grooms. A tidy up of the pads, eyes and hygiene area as well as nails clipped and a full coat brush out is a great way of preventing those unnoticed tangles turning into nasty knots!
Full Groom

The full works! This includes nail clipping, ears cleaned, a bath and blow dry and a haircut. Looking and smelling their best, what other way is there to pamper your pooch?

Please let me know if your dog has fleas prior to your appointment as this will need to be the last appointment of the day. If required to use flea shampoo, an extra £20 will incur on top of the groom price.

Who am I?

Hi! I'm Jess, the owner of The Grooming Garage. My grooming career path started in Feb 2019, where I undertook a L3 City and Guilds Intensive Dog Grooming Course. After converting my garage into my own salon, I started up The Grooming Garage! My love for dogs has followed me throughout my entire life, being brought up around lots of dogs and other animals had influenced me to start my own business doing something I would enjoy. Now, having over 6 years experience working self employed with beautiful dogs every day, has brought a new love to my life! My grooms reflect greatly on my passion and every dog that walks through the door are looked after like my own. Catering for big or small, all dogs will leave looking and smelling their best.

Terms and Conditions

We always do everything we possibly can to make sure your pets time in the salon is as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, occasionally grooming can expose a previously hidden medical issue, or aggravate a current one. This can happen during or after grooming.

It is possible that an accident could occur during grooming. Upmost care and caution will always be taken, but cuts, scratches, nicks and quicking of nails could occur.

The Grooming Garage will not be responsible for any conditions or problems discovered during grooming.

The Grooming Garage will not be responsible for accidental death of the pet as a result of any pre-existing health condition.

Should The Grooming Garage determine, at it’s sole discretion, that urgent veterinary care is required, I agree to pay all associated fees and costs. If my pet’s vet is not available, I authorise The Grooming Garage to use its chosen vet.

The Grooming Garage will not be liable for any after-grooming effects of de-matting, clipping or brushing procedures, or problems uncovered on a badly matted or otherwise neglected coat including, but not limited to, skin redness, itchiness, or self-inflicted irritations from excessive external scratching or rubbing.

Time and costs associated with de-matting are unpredictable. I agree to pay whatever fees are incurred as a result of de-matting. Whether a dog is matted is at the sole discretion of The Grooming Garage.

I agree that I have truthfully informed The Grooming Garage if my pet has ever bitten another animal or a human, or if they have any other aggressive tendencies.

I agree and understand that I will be held solely responsible for any injury, harm or damage to property caused by my pet.

The Grooming Garage reserves the right to refuse to groom a pet in an unsatisfactory state, including, but not limited to, behavioural issues, fleas, ticks, other parasites or kennel cough.

The Grooming Garage operates a strict policy on missed appointments and I agree to that if I need to change an appointment I will notify The Grooming Garage no less than 48 hours before the booked appointment. If insufficient notice is given, I agree to pay 50% of the estimated grooming charges. If appointments are missed on a regular basis, pre-payment will be required.

I agree that The Grooming Garage may take photo's or video's of my pet for portfolio and marketing purposes.
